The Sun has Set on Solarian
Ascent has downed High Astromancer Solarian after our second night of attempts. Thanks to everyone that kept at it even when the outlook was bleak. I'd also like to thank constantly croaking mages, everyone that donated 1,030 arcane resist gear, and Bottled Nethergon Energy, for without you this night would not be possible!
Only one more boss in The Eye to go!!!

Stick a Fork in Him; This Bird is Done!
Last night Ascent defeated Al'ar, the phoenix boss of The Eye. This is the 2nd progression boss we've downed in the 3 days and another Horde server first. Thanks to everyone that stuck it out through the attemepts and congrats to those who got loots!

Vashj Bash 2007
Tonight Ascent has downed Lady Vashj, Serpentshrine Cavern's Matron and end-instance baddie. This has come after weeks of hard work, consumables, and doing practice runs even if the raid composition wasn't ideal. With last week's 8% health acomplishment, the final kill this time around was a sweet victory.
Thanks to everyone that stuck it out for the most challenging fight we've come across since the BC came out!!
